I thought this might be interesting for the forum. While the language AWK isn't very well-known by the general public, it's probably fair to say it's a classic language that will be around for many more years.
So, anyway, some person took upon themselves to make a first person shooter in it, which is really wild. But the thing is, the code is pretty readable even if you don't know the language. So this might be inspiration for somebody into the topic.
