B4X FEED Create Library for BLE Scan as well as BLE Server for ESP32

This is to wish from my side to create a library for BLE Scan as well as BLE Server for ESP32.
The following should be present:

1. Scan and identify slave device.
2. Get the RSSI ID as well as MAC, Name, and Manufacturer ID from the scanned and slave device
3. Make the ESP32 works as Server/Master
4. Any other additional functionalities will be a great help.
