B4X FEED jRDC2 MSSQL connection problem

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing good today.

I have a B4J Server running on Server A with Port 17178 allowed in the firewall and router.
I have Server B running the MS-SQL server, with port 1433 allowed in the firewall.

I cannot get a successful connection using jRDC2. I am always getting:

RemoteServer is running
Error fetching connection.

I am using the mssql-jdbc-10.2.1.jre11 jar file and here is my config.properties file

I made sure to include the jar in my B4J Project:
