Modding XF for use as personal ads site

XF has everything required for a personals site, more features would have to removed or hidden than added. Heavy template modification would be required, however. Testing the waters to see if there are any devs who could do the job and would be interested in the work. Can pay cash or, if you have any interest in domain names, I have some excellent internet real estate that I could trade for the work.
