The Pre-launch report of Google Play is flagging my app with an ANR issue as follows:

B4X:

ANR in com.google.android.apps.wellbeing;PID: 1241;Broadcast of Intent { act=android.intent.action.LOCALE_CHANGED flg=0x1200810 cmp=com.google.android.apps.wellbeing/.appconfig.sync.impl.AppSyncLocaleChangedBroadcastReceiver_Receiver };

While this does not prevent my app from being released, I'm curious about the issue itself, since I'm not using that intent at all.
