Re-Render Attachments in Posts without Site Reload

Hello,

I have written an addon that completely hides the attachments until you add a reaction to the post.

Now I have the problem that the attachments are displayed only after a reload (F5).

So it looks like before a Like:

برای دیدن لینک ها باید ثبت نام کنید

This is how it looks after a Like and Site Reload:

برای دیدن لینک ها باید ثبت نام کنید

Is there a way to "re-render" the attachments or other possibilities?
