Hello everyone,
Inspired by @Cableguy who opened his heart for us back in 2020 and shared a bit of what happened to him, I too need to do the same thing now.
I started to work with B4X in 2017 but in 2021 I made the decision to invest more on it and make it top choice for my future projects. I even made a post here in the forum at that time to mark it as a turning point for me as a developer if I recall correctly. Well... the thing is... life happens... and I'm not doing well since the death of my father and then, a year later, my grandfather that could not deal with it. It's been hard... I started in software development in 2012 and recently I also went through a phase of demotivation with the state of affairs in the tech industry (everything huge, bloated, cannons to kill flies, over complex and over engineered systems) which is better now that feeling at least... for me and for all of us here I believe... is good to have B4X as an alternative to that state of affairs...
