jumps

Hi All. Um. From the designer i have put several objects. And i have rearranged them many times. Added and removed, etc. SO, my issue. How do I , or is it possible to make sure when i hit the "tab key" on the keyboard it jumps in an expected order? So when a user hits the "tab" key I can jump...
