B4X FEED BluetoothManager in two app just one receive the bluetooth event

In my cellphone I have one app that I develop that use bluetoothmanager, and I´m developing another app.
Just the first app installed receive the bluetooth event.
Is that correct?
Any thing I can do to receive events in both app?
