B4X FEED Building Standalone Package... sometimes i can't [SOLVED]

Well my option at menu "build standalone packagage" was working perfect...

but when java heavy libs loaded (some ffmpeg 800MB) with my project and built once... all going to hell...

I can only build one time and then need to reboot to re-build my project to standalone package...

What i need to reinstall or replace ?
When just running working ok... but when trying (for a second time... or third... etc) to create stand alone package... get this

ps: if i reboot - all works ok... for one time building!
ps2: removing those libs... the same...
