In the test environment, the notifications sent from any computer (PC) connected to the network arrive without any problem at all times.
But in the production environment, for some unknown reason, notifications sent from any computer are not sent to android devices.
However, if on any computer (PC) you try to open the link
If anyone has had the same or similar situation, please I appreciate any comment ?

from any browser, the browser displays the expected message “Please see the documentation.” And from that moment on, any computer (PC) can send the notifications without any problem. But after a period of about 2 or more hours, again the notifications are not sent ?If anyone has had the same or similar situation, please I appreciate any comment ?
