I am watching (TV) for the second time the movie "Westworld" ("Il mondo dei robot", here in Italy. The first time I saw it was in a cinema, which means that in 1973, the year of production of that film, I was not a very little child, unfortunately 
).
Well, the current technology is not yet at that level, even if perhaps we still need little time, and almost 50 years have passed.
Furthermore, the main problem is that we have less and less energy, but those technologies would take an enormous amount. The only solution would be to fill the world with nuclear power plants
and fetch precious metals from other planets!
